Clear allowances, no surprises. Ironing applies to eligible standard garments in your included wash weight; those pieces count towards both allowances. One round trip means one collection and one return to the same address.
Valid for 30 days from activation; unused allowance expires. No automatic renewal. Extra wash RM8/kg, extra ironing RM5/item, extra round trip RM12 within the zone. Special garments, duvets and dry cleaning quoted separately. Tax, if applicable, will be stated before payment.

Do you offer pickup and delivery across Malaysia?+
The proposed launch covers eligible Klang Valley addresses within 8 km of a yescuci branch. Nationwide coverage is not available yet. Pickup slots, coverage and the target 48–72-hour return will be confirmed before service.
Is ironing included in my package?+
Regular includes 4 ironing items, Plus 12 and VIP 24 per 30-day cycle. These eligible garments are part of your included washing weight. One-off wash & fold excludes ironing unless you add it; wash & iron includes pressing.
How do introductory prices and allowances work?+
First-cycle membership prices are RM119 Regular, RM229 Plus and RM399 VIP. Normal renewal prices are RM129, RM249 and RM449; renewal is manual. Unused allowances expire after 30 days. Extra washing is RM8/kg, ironing RM5/item and a round trip RM12 in the zone. Monthly offers cannot be combined with FRESH10.
What should I bring?+
Bring your laundry and a bag or basket. Check the instructions at your chosen dobi for detergent and payment options before starting.
Which machine should I use?+
Choose a machine that leaves enough space for your clothes to move freely. Follow the capacity shown on the machine, and check care labels for bulky or delicate items.
Can everything go in the dryer?+
Check each item's care label first. Some fabrics need air drying or a lower temperature. Follow the dryer instructions and avoid overloading the drum.
How do I find a nearby dobi?+
